The client knew their small kitchen in their North London property wasn’t meeting the family’s needs. It was cut off from the dining area and was not the sociable space they desired. They were keen to provide a light and airy kitchen/family room that made best use of the existing space with the addition of a modest extension.

They wanted space to cook, chat, eat and play within one area but ensuring the space had clearly defined zones. When we me the client, they were already in possession of some technical drawings which needed modification to ensure all the client’s needs were met.  In discussion with them, they agreed that we could re-design the project for them. We successfully project managed the transformation and understand that the completed project has delivered the different living ‘zones’ that this family wanted and is now the hub of the home.

• separate utility room
